How to Raise a Complaint

Anyone who reaches out to Interestrespect Garage Doors deserves to be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

You are welcome to write to us about:

• How Interestrespect Garage Doors handled your call or message
• How your personal information was treated
• Anything on the site that looks confusing or wrong
• The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep notes in writing as you go.

Please tell Interestrespect Garage Doors too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and a provider that falls short again and again may be removed. Interestrespect Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted Interestrespect Garage Doors or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

You will get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. After that, the matter is looked into. That can include contacting the provider. You will then get a reply explaining what was found and any action taken.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
